Settlements are a completely new feature to the Fallout series. These mods are all listed in the most popular and most downloaded section on Bethesda's website.
In this post, we're going to take a look at some of the Best Settlement & Building mods available for Fallout 4 on the Xbox One. Oh well, unless there's no other possible way to fix this, I guess there's nothing else I can do now but restart from one of my older saves or replay the game entirely. Went back into the folder, made a copy of SAVE.BAK and the new save.dat file. Managed to rename it, opened up Fallout 2. What is a Fomod? Just a small correction: FOMOD is a mod-manager-specific archive format for the Fallout Mod Manager, not the Oblivion Mod Manager. To change it, go to Settings > Mods and change the folder to an (empty) folder of your choice that is located on the same partition as the game. 
The update has broken the Fallout Script Extender (FOSE), a popular tool required by more-advanced mods. One big issue: you might want to avoid updating if you play FO3 modded.
Might need to dig save files out the old GFWL folder too. Now you're able to modify the settings of this program. Then, click Add to locate and choose the executable file of Fallout 4. 2) In the pop-up window, select Manage 3D settings from its left pane. 1) Right-click an empty area on your desktop and then select NVIDIA Control Panel from the context menu. You'll notice the loading will happen almost instantly the second time the game doesn't need to load any additional assets this time, since you neither moved nor did anything. Proof: Load any save game, wait for it to finish loading, then load the same file again. There is no artificial delay in Fallout 4. Might need to dig save files out the old GFWL folder too. 
If you already had FO3 installed on Steam, Bethesda suggest uninstalling and reinstalling to get it to play right. The one thing I notice that is very strange is that, upon checking the local files. 
However, I havent made any real progress. I tried to find a way to work around this problem, without manually putting the mods in, nor settling for Bethesdas alternative.
